Tottenham star mocks Arsenal 'keeper on Twitter

Andros Townsend took to Twitter to ensure he had the last laugh over Wojciech Szczesny

Karma, they say, is a b****.

And it's a lesson Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny will be finding out the hard way - that's at least if Tottenham star Andros Townsend gets his wish.

The England international took to Twitter immediately after Arsenal's humiliating 6-0 defeat to Chelsea this afternoon to rub salt into his rivals wounds, as payback for a stunt Szczesny performed following the Gunners 1-0 win in the north London derby.

The Polish goalkeeper posed for a selfie photo after beating Townsend's Tottenham side last week, but the winger was quick to ensure that he had the last laugh after today's shock result.

Townsend, via social media, wrote: "Who thinks we will see another selfie from him after today's game?"

A cheeky jibe which will no doubt add insult to injury given the way the Arsenal fans are likely to be feeling. Arsene Wenger's 1000th game in charge of the Emirates outfit could not have gone any worse, with Kieran Gibbs being sent off instead of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain early on in a case of mistaken identity.
