You know she's always doing those wacky fashions, and today she's wearing what looks like, oh, I don't know, an awkward glittery corset and a super cropped sweater. And with that kind of fashion situation going on, her nipples were bound to show up sooner or later. And obviously it happened sooner.
See that tiny little black dot on her right boob? Under that tiny little black dot, that's where Miley's nipple lives. It was right out there, for all to see, because either Miley doesn't think, or because she wants you to watch her new music video. It's really anybody's guess. (It's probably actually the music video thing.)
