Fashola using Lagos resources to fund Osun election, PDP alleges

The Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party
(PDP) has accused Governor Babatunde Fashola and the other
governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) of using their
states’ resources to support the re- election of Governor Rauf
Aregbesola.
The party also accused the governors of facilitating the
movement of people from various parts of the country to Osun
State to cast votes for Aregbesola, reports NewsDay.
The party in a statement by its spokesperson, Taofik Gani, said
Gov. Fashola has so far spent a whopping sum of N7.6billion on
mobilizing people in five local government areas of the state to
go to Osun to vote and cause cause mayhem during voting in the
areas identified as weak APC area.
The party listed the local government as Alimisho, Oshodi-Isolo,
Ikorodu, Kosofe and Ojo.
