The governor-elect in Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose has said he will not divert statutory allocations meant for local governments in the state to any of the newly created local council development area (LCDA) in the state Funding the new LCDAs according to him would amount to a breach of the constitution, reports Vanguard. He said his administration would not allow the diversion of allocations meant for the 16 local government areas in Ekiti to the LCDAs. |
