Ghanaian born Nollywood actress,Nadia Buari,has shown once again that she is a real African woman who would not want to indulge in any harmful acts that will dent her image.
The top actress, according to reports from hermedia minders, was approached by a French cosmetic company,Avant Claire Grande, to be their brand ambassador representing the African continent.
The endorsement contract was a bid forAvant Claireto lace into the African market usingNadiabecause she appealed to their target market better than any other African celebrity based on their research.
But at the point of signing the contract, the Diary of Imogen actress and producer, realized that the Claire product contained compounds ofhydroquinone,a chemical used forskin whiteningandbleaching,and she promptly 'rejected the deal because she does not want to endorse anything that would be harmful to her people'
