Rafael Nadal took revenge today on his 2012 conqueror Lukas Rosol, whose five-set victory on Centre Court two years ago was one of the great Wimbledon upsets.
As in Tuesday's first-round match against Martin Klizan, however, Nadal had to mount a comeback after dropping the first set. It took a display of real resilience and gumption to knock Rosol, the world No 52, off his rangy stride.
