For Molesting Her Daughter, Woman Sets Husband On Fire

A 40-year-old woman, Tatanysha Hedman, has been arrested by the police for setting her husband, Vincent Phillips, after discovering he was molesting her 7-year-old daughter. The woman who is in jail told police in Washington State that she set her husband on fire because he hurt her 7-year-old daughter, who is his stepdaughter saying shooting him “was too nice” Komo reports. Police in Washington State said Tatanysha Hedman, 40, doused her sleeping husband in gasoline before setting him on fire. Meanwhile the husband, Phillips, after the attack fled their apartment and drove to a Skyway convenience store screaming “I’m on fire!” Customers looked on as he dropped to his knees, clearly in agony and begging, “Help me!” The store clerk called 911 and medics rushed Phillips to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of severe burns. Phillips is hospitalized and faces first-degree child molestation charges while Hedman remains in jail, facing assault and arson charges. Her bail was set at $500,000.
