Bulawayo, Zimbabwe - A Zimbabwean man claimed before a court sitting that his wife denies him sex and begged the magistrate to halt proceedings so that he could have an intercourse with her right there and then.
Nhlanhla Khumalo said the"quickie"would stop him from self-pleasuring.
Mr. Khumalo alleged that his wife of 12 years, Sithembisile Khumalo, has turned their relationship to that of a brother and sister. He said he would have to use mubobobo on his wife should she continue to frustrate him sexually. Mubobobo is a form of"witchcraft"in Zimbabwe where a man is believed to gain powers to have sex with a woman without her consent and without any contact.
Meanwhile, the wife sought a protection order against Mr. Khumalo. She told the magistrate that her spouse would often abuse her emotionally, physically and verbally in front of their children. She recalled one instance when he threatened to kill her. She also said she fully satisfies her husband's needs.
To this, Mr. Khumalo responed that his wife is denying him his conjugal rights by only agreeing to have sex with him once in three weeks, while he needs it daily. He said he gets angry when he's sexually deprived and requested to have sex with her right in the courtroom to prevent him from masturbating.
At the end of the session, the presiding magistrate granted the protection order in the wife's favour.
