Taboo: Delta Monarch Marries White Woman Secretly

A monarch, Keagborekuzi in Agbor town, Delta state allegedly wedded a white woman secretly, causing tension in the peaceful community.
According to a highly respected palace chief, Alika (surname withheld) who spoke to Leadership, the ruling council have insisted that the Dein of the Kingdom, who is in his 30′s should pick a Nigerian wife, preferably from Agbor, as tradition demands.
Chief Alika said the secret wedding is a taboo in the kingdom.

The palace chiefs and residents of Agbor are reportedly worried over this marriage.
Some persons who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity to journalist who visited the community claimed, the Dein said he has every right to as he pleases.

Agbor, a vibrant and colourful town is in the Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. It is headed by a monarch like no other, the Dein of Agbor.
