The 19-year-old Canadian pop star recently started renting the futuristic-looking four-bedroom, 5,500-square-feet house owned by Atlanta producer Dallas Austin.
Extra officers from the Sandy Springs Police Department that patrols the area where Bieber is living have been driving past the home multiple times to prevent loitering and trespassing.
'He's not an animal in a zoo,' a captain for the police department told TMZin an article on Thursday.
The captain said the police department was aware that Bieber is a pop star who attracts plenty of fans, especially girls.
The department also was aware of Bieber's problems with his neighbors in Calabasas, California.

A neighbour of Bieber had his home pelted with eggs causing $20,000 in damages.
The matter has been under investigation by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office and Bieber could face felony vandalism charges.
The Sandy Springs Police Department captain said they wouldn't tolerate any nonsense either from the Baby singer or his new neighbours.
Bieber has put his Calabasas home for sale and has rented the Atlanta estate for three months.
