Senator Solomon Ewuga has said that the Nasarawa State government is criminalizing the Eggon people by indicting him in the on going Ombatse crisis.
Last year Senator Ewuga was indicted over the Ombatse killings by Nasarawa State governor Umar Tanko Al-Makura.
Justice Joseph Fola Gbadeyan-led Commission of inquiry had indicted the senator last year, The senator was said to be one of the financial backbone of the Ombatse and for lying to the panel.
Senator Ewuga in a press coference said the goverment's actions are all premeditated.
He said that he was the only witness invited not as an accused, so it was wrong to label him guilty and he should be given the chance to defend himself.
"The report was handed in on Friday and it is a six-volume report.
