Cameron Diaz, 41, shows off rose-colored lips days after going makeup free to promote new book

Cameron Diaz posted a makeup free photo to Instagram on Friday to promote her new effort The Body Book.

But by Tuesday she was back to her glossed up face.

Wearing a rose-colored lipstick, mascara and a dust of blush, the 41-year-old smiled happily for her selfie.

She captioned the image, 'I know I'm a California girl, but winter makes me SO HAPPY!! #seasons.'

In the shot, the actress - who is currently filming Annie in New York City - peers into the camera.

The There's Something About Mary star wore a dark grey hood over her beautiful blonde locks and a matching scarf tucked below her chin.
