Human Body Parts Fall From Sky In Saudi Arabia
"Police received a telephone call at 2:30 am from a witness reporting the fall of human remains at an intersection in Mushrefa neighbourhood" in the Red Sea city, spokesman Nawaf bin Naser al-Bouq said in a statement.
Initial indications were that the remains "fell from a plane's landing gear," said Bouq, adding that investigations were ongoing.
The report came after a Saudi Arabian Airlines jet made an emergency landing in the city of Medina in the west of the kingdom, injuring 29 people on Sunday.
That aircraft had been travelling from Iran's second city of Mashhad with 315 people on board.
A spokesman for the General Authority of Civil Aviation said there was no connection between the emergency landing in Medina and the Jeddah incident.
In a desperate attempt to cross borders, some people at poorly monitored airports climb inside the bays housing aircraft landing gear.
Most of them freeze to death once the aircraft reach cruising altitude, but some survive.
In 2010, the head of Beirut's airport security resigned after the death of a man who managed to hide in the undercarriage bay of a Saudi-bound jet.
The man's body was found by a maintenance worker who was inspecting the gear of the Saudi-owned Nas Air Airbus A-320 after it landed in Riyadh.

The Belgian side, who are managed by former Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, tested out their accuracy by hitting the bare behinds of two scantily-clad beauties.
The stunt was organised by lads magazineClint, who invited players includingJoren Dom, Derreck White and Adrian Brovina to take part.
After putting up with the pain, the girls were given a chance to get their own back on the players with a member of the magazine's staff taking a free shot at Hasselbaink's men.
The ex-Leeds forward, who bagged 129 goals in the Premier League and had a notoriously powerful shot, did not take part, much to the relief of the girls.

Background: My name is Caroline Sam but my stage name is Maheeda. I am an orphan. I really did not know my mother and I never met my father. My mother died and I was all alone. When I was 14, I decided to hit the streets and I started fending for myself. I did a lot of funny jobs. Worked as a bar attendant, waitress and was a prostitute just to survive. Along the line I got pregnant. I am just a very strong woman who is trying to make a difference. Maybe I started off not too good, I have realised that whatever happens in your past, you have to use it in a positive way that will benefit you and your family.
About music: I have always loved music and attention. I started about ten years ago. I don't have any albums yet but I have quite a number of singles. All I can say is that the way I want to do my thing is not acceptable in Nigeria. It has been hard and it's still hard for me to achieve. Currently, I am in Nigeria to spend Christmas and I am also seizing the opportunity to shoot a video for my single, 'Naija bad girl'. Apart from music, I am also a model and acting is another passion of mine.
About nude pictures: It is deliberate. I know what I am doing. The pictures are not targeted at anything. It is all about attention and there is no mistake about it. This business of music is called show business and I am convinced I am on the right track. I owe no apologies. I just realised this way will be a faster hit than any other way. The pictures are working for me.
As you can see, there's so much attention on me. All of a sudden, people want to listen to my old singles and are looking forward to my debut album.
About criticisms: In this life, everybody gets criticized whether you do good or bad. I have read and heard so much about me that I am now used to it. Thanks to them, they have helped me develop a thick skin.
About marriage: I am married and my husband is Dutch. What I am doing is not alien to him or his family and he understands. I met him at a bar when he just came to Nigeria. We are happily married. Even before we got married, he understood my kind of person. He was aware of my vision. He has always been supportive. He just laughs whenever he comes across any of my pictures. It's in Africa that we attach much importance to such things and consider it sacrilegious.
About daughter:I am 31 and I had my daughter when I was 17. I do not think this is going to affect her in any way. If my mother did something like this; there is no way it would have affected me. My daughter is not even aware these nude pictures exist even though she has seen pictures of me in bikini. She is not even allowed access to the social media. Even if she gets to view them eventually, it's not going to mean anything to her because she has the European mentality. When my daughter is 18, then she can decide what she wants. Currently, she is under my care and I won't let her do what I am doing.
About friendship:I have quite a few of them. Don Jazzy is my friend, Olamide and Phyno just to mention but a few. Gospel artistes? No, but I became a born-again Christian and decided that I wanted to continue with secular music. Whether people accept it or not, I am a born-again Christian and that is why I describe my music as honest music. I am not perfect but I'm just living my life in the best possible way.
About style:I like to feel comfortable. When I dress, I want to be me not caring what the next person thinks. I also like to go to the gym to keep fit. When you are fit, clothes look fabulous on you.
REMEMBRANCE: ‘I Miss You Greatly’ - Toyin Aimakhu Honours Late Bisi Komolafe, One Year After
It was gathered that Bisi Komolafe had been battling with an undisclosed illness and eventually passed away at the University College Hospital, Ibadan.
A year after, friends and fans still mourn Komolafe whom many said had a bright future as an actress.
One of those who remembered Komolafe during the Christmas/New Year celebrations was Toyin Aimakhu.
'Bisi komolafe continue to rest in peace darling…I miss u greatly..', Aimakhu wrote on Twitter.
Until her death, Komolafe, 27, was a 300 level student of Lagos State University where she was studying Business Administration. She is survived by her grandmother, father and siblings.

Pope Francis Leaves Hilarious Message For Nuns You Have To See
Their once-large community has now dwindled to a mere five nuns, three of which are from Argentina, which is also the pope's home country.
Pope Francis was previously archbishop of Buenos Aires and knew some of the nuns at the convent as they also are from Argentina.
The nuns were at prayer when the Pope rang. On hearing the message, they rang their bishop to try to get back in contact, but the Pope rang back in the evening.
Sister Adriana, the prioress of the convent, said "she wanted to die" on hearing the message.
"Our friendship goes back 15 years but I never thought the Pope would remember us," she said.
A recording of the message has been played on Spanish media."What can the nuns be doing that they can't answer?", it begins.
"Pope Francis speaking, I wanted to say hello to you at the end of the year. I'll see if I can call you again later. God bless you."
Since taking up his post last year, Pope Francis has struck a more informal note than his predecessor, underlining his reputation for simplicity and humility.

Man Arrested For Stealing Human Brains, Selling Them On eBay

A California man was arrested after allegedly stealing human brain samples from a history museum and selling them on the online auction site.
David Charles, 21, was arrested in December when officers received a call from a buyer who became suspicious about six jars of brain tissue he had bought on eBay.
It is claimed Charles broke into the Indiana Medical History Museum on several occasions and stole the brain samples from dead psychiatric patients.
"A museum's mission is to hold these materials as cultural and scientific objects in the public interest,"the museum's executive director, Mary Nottage said.
"To have that disturbed - to have that broken - is extraordinarily disturbing to those of us in the museum field."
The buyer contacted the museum after he spotted their labels on the container he bought from a middleman on eBay.
Detectives traced the transactions and spoke to the seller who said was given them by Mr Charles.
"It is a peculiar situation," Indianapolis police officer Christopher Wilburn said.
